![]() ![]() There are also optional post game rematches with all of the rivals/companions/gym leaders/elite 4, and you can also battle the various main characters from the manga. ![]() Story wise, it's not as detail oriented as Ash Gray, but Fire Ash has so much content that it makes up for it. It took me over 60 hours to play through all seven regions plus Orange Islands and Battle Frontier, and my Pikachu was in the lv 70-80 range at the end. It covers Ash's ENTIRE journey from Kanto through Alola, and it's scaled surprisingly well. However, my new favorite is one I played recently called Pokemon Fire Ash. Very detailed, down to the NPC lines, how you catch each of Ash's Pokemon, and including "scripted" losses from the anime. Ash Gray is really good, but it only covers the Kanto region and about 80% of the Orange Islands.
